Doing an advanced search

There seem to have been some changes in how searches are made. Can anyone tell me if it possible to do an advanced search that is only within a specific forum? In particular if I want to search a word in a title in the For Sale Ads which were posted in the last three months, how would I do that?

When you go to "advanced search" click "search threads" in the banner and you can pick the desired subforum. It comes up with "search everything" by default.

Doesn't show up for me. I go to search everything. Specify search word and dates. No options. Click Search and get a data dump from every sub forum

Don't click "search everything" go right next to that and click "search threads"
