Does this Qualify as Varmint Hunting?

6.5x47 Lapua. It was my PRS Match gun. Northwest Precision Action, 22" Bartlein Medium Palma 1:8, Manners Stock.

I was actually sighting in my brothers open sight AR-15 and took a look through the scope on my 6.5x47 to see if I was on paper. That's when I spotted my quarry, grabbed a round, and the rest is history.

certainly overbore given the game...but heck, the gun ya have with ya is the one ya use!
