Does anyone recognize these rings?

These came on a scope I bought but don't recognize them.
1" rimfire tip off rings, no markings, look like Warne but no recoil lug for a pic rail.
Counter rotating quick release levers.
Looks like very high quality.
Just curious.

Hino,

not all, I have an identical set for one of my Pre-64 M70's. Color case hardened, on a Featherweight 30-06. They have held for many years now.
