Does anyone know what this powder is? Called 30-06 M2 Ball Powder. Packaged by River Valley Ordinance in Missouri.

Most feel it was either a slow lot of wc852 powder.Jeff bartlett sold it years ago under lot #BAJ47287 which was similar to h4831 and between the h4831 and imr 4831.The lot I have is the slow lot.It was pull down from armor piercing machine gun rounds.The other lot was similar to imr 4350.It is ball powder I know but it was normally the slower powder.The last phone number for RVO 1-636-926-3076
 
Thx for the info guys. I had Googled it before but didn't find much. I find more now so I must not have done a good job before.
