Does anybody use set triggers for fclass?

I’m sure this is a dumb question, but does anyone use set triggers for fclass? I’m looking into Jard for my rem 700 clone, and trying to decide between their options. It’s a Mack Bros. Evo II did that makes a difference . Also what hangers would I need?

I don’t know of anyone and really, what does a set trigger get you over a BnA or a Jewel set to an Oz or three.

I‘ve got set triggers on a couple of rifles and I dont think I’d want one on my F class rifle. I actually like my trigger set heavy enough that I can feel it. My BnA’s can be set quite a bit lighter than I run them.

How about a Jewel...B&A or Flavio.
Your going to like it much better in the long run...perhaps im all wrong,
and only you will be the one to decide this...just my 1 1/2 c
Good luck ....as It looks like your alredy decided anyhoo.

Make sure you know how much room there is between the back of the trigger shoe and the trigger guard.

I tried the set trigger for an AR. It was very difficult to push the trigger shoe forward to set it.

If the trigger was set to 3 oz, I'd worry about accidental discharges because your finger slipped just a bit as you were setting it.
As mentioned, both Jewell and BnA make triggers with 3 oz weights.

There are some nice 2 stage triggers out there that may serve you well. I like coming up on the second stage and just taking that moment before breaking the shot to kind of "get into the zone". There are a whole lot of successful shooters out there that don't shoot 2oz triggers.

Rick

I run Tom Meyers 4 lever 2 stage .
I think they work well and never had a failure.
If you contact Him May just get one ??
