Do you think felons will be affected at all?

Maryland. lol

"Gun owners in Maryland would be required to buy at least $300,000 in liability insurance or forfeit their ability to carry a firearm under a new bill."

Do you think there will be legislation that makes committing a violent felony with a firearm, without insurance, a crime? Or is this type of legislation just for people who want to protect themselves from criminals?

Move now. Your life might depend on it.

99% chance this is overturned in Federal Court. There will be an appeal that puts this law on hold. Some federal court will find that it is the same thing as a prohibition on carrying a FA. Lots of moving parts here.

I still chuckle some when I see someone scratching their head wondering if the state is looking out for their best interest. These laws are specifically crafted to persecute the people least likely to commit a property crime against their community.

Here in Florida I can reach my gun 24/7 and I dont own any insurance for that right. You do the math and figure out whom is lieing to you.

I just can't understand why they can't come up with legislation that targets criminals... violent felons... which is the reason people want to carry a gun. lol

I can't seem to understand any of your replies. You seem to think I'm asking something else that I'm not asking.

But it could be me. I just don't get it though.

Of course it will be overturned by the courts, in a couple of years. In the meantime the state will harass peaceful citizens and after it is overturned they will craft another unconstitutional law to persecute you. Tyrants cannot stop themselves from helping you.

Yep, very much unconstitutional and will likely be found as such. They know it. Just politics as usual but it doesn't stop them from trying from every possible angle.

Well then I am sorry. Maybe you need to stay in the state you are in and contact your Local Government Athorities they will instruct you what to do.

What the heck are you talking about man? Re read my questions. You're coming out of left field with every one of your replies. If someone else understands what this guy is talking about, help me out.

There is no justice in this country anymore. Hasn't been for a long time. If you have nothing they'll kick you loose as soon as they can. If you DO have something to loose, they'll milk you for every penny they can get. And if you have enough money, you can do anything you want as many times as you want as long as you keep forking over money.

It's not about protecting anybody. It's all about $$$$.

I know there is US Law Shield and other companies, but it's not insurance. Who would even want to insure concealed carriers? Seems like even concealed carry insurance companies would also be sued. Who knows?

Bro how do I help a person that wants to justify living in the state they live in. You mentioned gun insurance are you nuts! Your right to carry is a given! So who is coming out of left field!
