99% chance this is overturned in Federal Court. There will be an appeal that puts this law on hold. Some federal court will find that it is the same thing as a prohibition on carrying a FA. Lots of moving parts here.

Of course it will be overturned by the courts, in a couple of years. In the meantime the state will harass peaceful citizens and after it is overturned they will craft another unconstitutional law to persecute you. Tyrants cannot stop themselves from helping you.

Yep, very much unconstitutional and will likely be found as such. They know it. Just politics as usual but it doesn't stop them from trying from every possible angle.

If you DO have something to loose, they'll milk you for every penny they can get. I know there is US Law Shield and other companies, but it's not insurance. Who would even want to insure concealed carriers? Seems like even concealed carry insurance companies would also be sued. Who knows?
