I have the same scale. When I contacted Dillon they sent me a manual for an Ohaus scale. Mine still does what yours does. Considering the rather low cost of the scale when I got it, I'd consider it a garage sale item and buy a new one. I would think any of the new beam scales offered today would be better than the Dillon. I'm using a V4 and FX120i but I am also not trying to spend that much of your money either.
