Dillon 550 case feeder?

Curious as to if you have a separate seating & crimping die station when loading 9mm/45ACP when using the 550 case feeder?

It still works as advertised, all the stations remain unchanged.

A few buddies of mine have them and are not 100% impressed. The 550 casefeeder is a finicky animal.

My wife has an Inline Fab case feeder on her 550. Works pretty well, all stations remain the same. With 9mm the feeder on occasion will drop the brass on its side, small pain to stand it up again and get going again. We use the 550 for small primer and a 650 for the big primer stuff. Bought the 550 and Inline Fab feeder before Dillon brought out the case feed for the 550. The case feeder has about doubled the hourly output of the loader, so my opinion is it was worth the money easily.

The 550 Case Feeder inserts cases at station1, so only cases short enough to slide under the depriming pin as the handle is pulled down will feed. Fine for cases no longer than 357/44 Mag/45 Colt. 223 is too tall. No changes to your die adjustments or configuration.
