Dillon 550 cam over

Using the 550 and was wondering if this is a cam over issue.
The issue is, when the handle goes all the way down and the case is fully in the die, the handle goes further a little bit, maybe 1/4 of an inch, sticks at the bottom and jerks back to the previous "bottomed out" position when pulled.

That extra push doesn't get the case any further at all. If I do turn the die out (up), this doesn't happen but then the die isn't sizing the case.

It might be completely unrelated to cam.over, but I thought since it only does it when the die is all the way in, might be it.

Thank you

Is it really cam over and not just a little flexing?
Never really noticed it on my 550"s.
It's not a flex for sure, because the handle moves past and there's visible further movement of the handle and then you have to pull it back, and it jumps back to the supposedly end position.
