Difference between F class and Any/Any 600 yard target

Sure does if you hook the Shotmarker microphones up backward

I'm pretty sure my main club did this in the early days of their adopting SM targets. It produces a shallow horizontal oblong view of the target, right? We shot an entire F/TR relay before somebody twigged there was an issue with one of the targets. Up to that point, everyone was saying: "Wow! Those are fantastic elevations, shame about the wind-reading!"

No, the size is not more correct as area than diameter.
If you don't specify area or diameter (or circumference) then what you say is whatever you mean.
Size is simply ambiguous.
Given the specifications are in diameters contextually 'twice the size' fits diameter better.

Yeah had that happen at a match a few years ago. FTR guy was ecstatic he shot a 200-20X @ 600. Wanted a screen shot. I looked and the group was 1/8 moa high and 1/2 moa wide… I knew instantly what was wrong. I took a photo of the setup and gave it to the MD and the guy was pissed I was lobbying to have the score thrown out… the MD sent the score in anyway. Oh well. Wasn’t a registered match so no records to be set.

The area, size of the target or the dimensional relativity to the second star from the left have absolutely no meaning, as long as they leave the X in the center of the target!!!!! It's the only thing that counts.
