Die questions

I have a 7.82 Lazzeronni Warbird and the dies I have are the standard RCBS FL sizing die set, can I have the FL sizing die modified to size the necks via bushing? I also have a .19 Badger with Forster Benchrest series dies, can the FL sizing die be modified on this so that the neck is sized via bushing? Same question just 2 different die manufactures. Also on the Forster dies can I just get the micrometer top for the seater since I already have the basic die?

Mr. Hanson that is spot on! Thank you very much. Any others offer this service? Any idea on cost? I will call him tomorrow and maybe able to post the cost tomorrow.
