Derraco PCPS primer tool differences

Derraco has two levels of primer tools. I can't really see $120 difference between the two.

What am I missing?

Is the adjustment capability really something to worry about?

Will RCBS or Redding shellholders work with Derraco tools?

The adjustment is important if you set your seating depth or crush. You have to use lee priming shellholders. They are the flat ones that wont go in the press. Derraco also makes some precision shellholders for it. I have the 223, 308, and ppc shellholders for it. You can get derraco stuff from ugly reloading as they are the dealer in the usa. Excellent quality, love mine.

I can't recall in many thousands of rounds loaded where I had a primer seating depth problem with my handheld RCBS tools.

I see that the lower priced version has an aluminum body and the higher priced model has a stainless body.
