The daily bulletin just made me sick---thanks for the heads up. Insanity. Wow...

Forum Boss: EVERY member should read this article.

http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com...th-bureaucratic-determination-of-suitability/

Folks, this really spells the end of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Federal license required to own a gun and even to buy ammo. And there would be bureaucratic evaluations of your "suitability" to own guns. Yeah, we all know how that would work out in blue states. Here is the first section of the legislation (two identical bills, one in Senate, one in House of Representatives):

In a word, Tyranny. One party seeks to permanently take away the rights of law-abiding gun owners, while that same party seeks to "defund the police".

They get closer and closer and the message never gets out. Im willing to bet this whole election cycle we dont hear about this. Mr Trump needs to hire me as the villian to get the word out

Not surprised. At least they are not trying to go through a backdoor anymore. Hopefully the average America loving voter will see and realize the risks we all face.

Scary indeed, and time to roust the troops and VOTE!

I see the libtard Dems are getting desperate, creating yet another "scandal" for the lamestream media to hype just before a critical election. The woman declaring sexual misconduct waited over 20 years to whine, and actually saved her dress with potential DNA all that time, waiting to reveal her supposed crime. That took some real sneaky planning, and I'm certain she is/was getting coached by clandestine figures behind the curtain.

Unfortunately your correct. I believe everyone has a right to decide who should be president but along with that decision, they should also know that candidates plans for our constitutional rights as we know them. Many do not know how radical this new democratic party is. Todays democrats aren't what most remember democrats to be. Both sides stood up for the constitution not very many years ago. Today, not the case. Remember what the forum boss posted before voting this year. It could make all the difference in the world.

That's pretty close to what we have to go threw in Illinois, now.
The General Assembly in Ill. has proposed to raise the FOID card fee and CCW lic.
and lower the amount of time it's good for. PLUS
Their is a IL. bill being proposed right now to take these fees and put it into
a "general" fund instead of the DNR or IL. state police to keep the times down on
backround checks.
They are taxing and stealing any money they can get their corrupt hands on
and using it for there own petty projects.

Sorry Boss, this will get band for a political statement.

lots of gun owners in this country, unfortunately too many will see this and vote against their own interests because of their contempt for this President

You are probably correct, along with a large number of LE, Military people will vote against the President, just because they don't like him...because they are buying the kool-aid being put out by the media, condemning President Trump.

Ya he's a meany. Too many hurt feelings when he tweets the truth. Unfortunately most of our past presidents and there false promises and kind words never cut it. Finally took a business man not a politician to keep promises. I don't vote for a president that's nice and charismatic. I voted for one that kept his promise to make America great. Now keeping it great may be a real job but nobody else can do it any better so I'm in for another 4 years.

Crying about what the Dems want to do with your guns at an internet shooting forum doesn't constitute "doing your part" to prevent it from happening. Even casting your ballot appropriately at the voting booth is not enough. It requires actual effort, including volunteering time to help the President's Election Campaign (or any other pro-gun rights candidate of your choice), financial support, or even something as simple as talking with your neighbors to ensure they're registered to vote and hopefully sway them against the Democrats and the end of this country as we know it. If this election goes against conservatives, anyone that didn't do whatever they could to help prevent it from happening will bear a share of the responsibility.

The devils advocate view is whether this President has let other issues become more important to voters than 2A. I know plenty of people who are casting their vote strictly because of how he acts not what he supports.

"Allows the Consumer Product Safety Commission to issue safety standards for firearms and firearm components"

This statement at the end of the article is also a wet dream of the gun control advocates. Namely erroneous safety devices, non-shelf stable ammo (degrades over time), micro-printed firing pin tips, etc..... There have been pushes for limiting the usability of firearms and components in the past to include those mentioned and more I'm sure. This would certainly drive the price up of many firearms so they would not be affordable for many.

I hope beto comes to get their guns first then. You cant even own a gun and vote democrat with a straight face- no matter how bad you get your feelings hurt by the big bad man in the white house. Unfortunately all the politics get deleted before most can see them and thats why we’re in the shape we’re in.
