Defiance Deviant 7 SAUM feed issue

I have a 7 Defiance Deviant GA Hunter in 7 SAUM with BDL bottom metal. When I load 3 rounds in the mag the bolt will almost always push the first round forward a 1/4” then go over the round. If I load 2 rounds there is no problem. Looking for recommendations on how to fix this. Can anyone help me out?

Try a new Magazine or swap the spring out for starters, less ya done that already.
I single feed so its all I got.

Since it’s BDL I’ll try replacing the spring. Thanks for the help!
