Defiance customer service

well my luck on customer service keeps getting better. First SKB wont even answer my multiple emails about my broken lifetime warranty case and now defiance wont give me a tenon print for one of the 12+ defiance actions i have. At least they answered me and told me no. Said it was the same as a remington- im wondering which of the million sizes they used for the standard? Sure did think they were better than that (they did tell me no very fast though so im happy they answered)
 
Liability is the issue. They can’t give you “real dimensions” cause they don’t know!;)
 
Too bad there aren't more companies like A. G. Russell. Their warranty is total customer satisfaction. You determine the warranty. Say you buy a knife from them, use it for 5 years, then the blade breaks when you try to pry open a crate. You think it should not have broken, you return it and they send you a replacement. I bought a SOG Seal 2000 from A. G. Russell that I use both for hunting and diving/spearfishing. The first edition of scabbards had steel snaps instead of stainless. They rusted and would not function. I called SOG about getting one of the new scabbards, but they would not sell one. I called A. G. Russell, they said to send the knife and scabbard back and they would replace it with the new scabbard, along with a new knife. Even though they were in no way responsible for the issue yet they replaced the product and did so promptly. I still buy from A. G. Russell. Bought my in-laws a set of their kitchen knives. Very good knives.

This is for a rebel. Ive had nothing but good times with defiance. I personally have 12-15 that i use regularly. The service before was very good thats why i was so surprised. Norm was who got back to me telling me no. This is for my father’s deer rifle which i dont have access to right now but need to put a barrel on it. It has 2 bolts and other features that may make it different is why i had to ask them

Their headspace has varied over time by a few thousandths. My guess is they dont want the risk of giving you a number that is not exactly correct. After buying 25-30 actions from them over many years, I cant imagine a better company to work with. They provide exceptional customer service.

I do agree. I wont quit buying them for sure.
 
Unfortunately some technical customer service questions may receive better service depending on who asks the question or your status in the industry. Judging by the good experiences of some who posted I would suspect you might get a little better service on certain questions.

Youre right. I have the personal cell numbers and personally know the family members of about every other company big whigs but defiance. Maybe i should try harder. I have this info from every other mfr.
