Deer medicine

I know what you're saying, I used to run 145 gr heads as well. Never had an issue but I can tell you that the new Ramcat heads are one of the very most devastating head that I've ever used. 3 so far on the ground this year, HUGE blood trails and you don't have to trail far. Actually 5 counting 2 by my bud, both of his fell in sight. My longest trail was 60 yds.

Nice thing about lighted nocks. Still I dip my arrows and use true flight barred fluorescent feathers for tracking arrows without the use of lighted nocks. Besides looking great there functional.

Nice.. I used to make arrows. Loved splicing feathers.. I had several bows. A Sley that I still have, A Morrison that I sold and a Pronghorn Ferret that I sold.. Artheritus finished off my trad days. I used a 200+ grain Grizzly BH.

I have a ton of glue on nocks if ya want em..

What kind of nocks do you have?

I used to help a buddy in his shop in the 70's. Loved burning feathers to shape, hated the smell. We had blank wires for his burner and could do custom shapes. The dipping and cresting was fun. He kept cards for his cresting so no two customers would have matching crests if he could help it. Never tried any splices, that is way cool.
