they also like chicken carcasses, yes i’m not kidding, confirmed on the trail cam that the deer took it. Probably the last animal I would have guessed that would take it…..

They will also eat new born baby birds in their nest. Seen it happen often.

Never seen this but I wouldn’t doubt it. Deer are not picky in what they will eat.

I’ve heard about the deer eating pumpkins. I put some down on the edge of my woods last fall and they avoided it like the plague. Also avoided the mineral and salt blocks that I have put out in the past. I guess it depends on how much other food is around.

Those sob's will eat anything around here. A couple of weeks ago they mowed off all of my wife's roses thorns and all. They have thousands of acres of corn, beans, hay, and other vegetation to eat right around the house. They are destructive on purpose. One thing I have been seeing a lot of bucks this year.
