Deer/Hog bullet for .270

A friend of mine just bought a howa 270 win and has asked me to do some reloading for him. He would like to use the rifle for both deer and hog hunting and I was hoping to just work up and load one load for him for simplicity sake. In my 280 I use nosler BT for deer and partitions for hogs and have had good results with both but I cant see the BT working very well on hogs. So I was thinking about just going with 130g or 140g partitions, but have never used them on deer, and was also considering the accubond but I have no experience with them. I'm not just stuck on using nosler bullets, that's just what I have used. So any other suggestions or experience with partitions on deer or accubond performance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Jason

If you like the NBTs but area worried about the construction I would load a NAB they shoot the same just tougher. What distance does he plan on hunting at? Keep the NBT off the shoulder and it will work fine.

As stated 130 accubond or Barnes 110 or 130 TTSX. With RL-17 that 270 will hit 3500 fps with the 110's, devastating. No problem on a pig.

Can only tell you I have probably a 100 deer kills to 600 yards with my 270. I have used mostly 140 gr. Hornady Pro Hunter (Interlock) bullets. They are cheaper than most others, hold velocity well at longer ranges, slam through without shedding a jacket and shoot "lights out".

Just yesterday I shot some 1/2" groups at 100 yards with it. I mean it's silly good.

Have also used 140 Nosler BT's and 140 Hornady SST's successfully on deer. They expand more but also tear up the deer and sometimes to a bloody pulp.

It's standard Hornady 140 Interlock for me.

The only reason i thought twice about the accubond is thought i might be to tough for deer and might not get enough expansion but if that's not a problem I think i will go that direction. Range for hogs will probably be around 100 yards deer will probably be anywhere between 10 and 300 yards. Thanks everyone for the replies.
