This thread was started as a announcement to a format change that is in place for 2018 AGG season at Deep Creek simple as that, at the end of the 2018 season the Northwest 1000 yard club will Re-evaluate the seasons progression & reports, feed back etc. from shooters who actually participate at Deep Creek 1000 yard shooting facility. As a club, even given the pros and cons to a venue change the report and comments from the lions share has been positive not based off other range or club dynamics. We our focused on a exceptional year and its outcome for our participating competitors and welcome anyone able to show up and kick ass or not it will be fun spending time on the range.

If a fella were to attend an event like this, how many rounds are required to shoot LG and HG?

60 plus sighters. 100 total would give you 5 sighters per target. I would consider that a bare minimum.

I missed it, and am inept at searching - have you set the dates for the 2018 IBS 1K Nationals?
Or. am I incorrect in believing that they are to be hosted at Deep Creek? RG

August 10th, range is open for use.

National match is August 11th and 12th, and if necessary we have the range Monday the 13th until noon. I don't foresee any weather delays, as these dates are within the 3 weeks of good weather window

This question is a bit too general, it really depends on the type of tea.

Among the range of prices (excluding the outlier teas which can get really expensive):

1. Very high price ones: > 1000USD/kg

2. High price ones: 100–500USD/kg

3. Normal price ones: 40–100USD/kg

4. Low price ones: <30/kg

May I remind you Mr. T that the last two 1,000 Yard Nationals were both hit by hurricanes.

This question is a bit too general, it really depends on the type of tea.

Looking like this year will turn out to be exceptional. We have a couple new shooters and will get some experienced shooters traveling more this year. A lot more are trying the 6BRA and early tests look record breaking. Im excited.
