I gave one guy my old scale. He’s using it and we talk on the phone weekly. It was going into winter and the other 2 guys were very appreciative of what they got and said they happily would wait. It’s getting embarrassing to keep telling them to “wait, they’re coming.”

I’m not trying to make noise here. I’m just hoping Scott sees my post and answers it.

plus they may lose interest if waiting to long- mabie they got a scale some other way

I have sent many PMs to you. I have sent you 3 scales and a check for the $300+ for the work, which was cashed. That was 7 months ago. Can you PLEASE let me know when they will be sent.
I promised three friends that they would get the scales this summer. I have heard nothing from you. Please respond! I am an upstanding member here. I honor my obligations. I am getting a bit perturbed by your lack of communication! I have done my part of the deal but all I get is crickets.

Bakersfield police dept will tell you that what he does is borderline mail fraud.... but you have to file a complaint, press charges etc.... If you press him too much, you get a scale that isn't worth bragging about, but at least you get a scale. You Sir are between a rock and a hard place. Personally I think he does good work and can make a scale the best it can be, but he needs to learn how to fulfill his promises. Based on the numerous negative threads on him like this, I don't know why the Boss allows him to be here.
Best of luck to you.... and honestly, I hope Scott someday finds a way to be better at his business practices. He has a great reputation for his work on scales and a horrible reputation for his turn around times. There has to be a balance!

I have a a couple of scales, rcbs that I can't trust anymore and would like to get them tuned up to pass along but have been afraid to try this guy after watching for a while . Surly to goodness there is someone else who can do this, it can't be rocket science can it? There's some crazy smart fokes on this board, painters, machinist, fokes who can do computer stuff, mathematics, engineers of every persuasion.... At$150 a pop I would try to learn myself if I was younger. It can't be that hard to fix something with four or five moving parts, is it? Ok, I'm done fussing, John
