I have a Davis front sight for match rifle and am wondering if anyone can tell me what the graduations are worth.

What is the pitch of the notches (what's the distance from peak to peak), and what is the distance between the front and rear sights?

Near as I can measure the Peak to Peak---.040
Sight radius is 32"
I come up w/ +/- 5'.
Was hoping some one had the correct Peak-Peak measurement.

I would guess right around 5min per notch

If I'm doing the math correctly:
0.040" pitch on the front sight
32" sight radius
1 notch on the front sight = 4.3 MOA

If it's 0.050" pitch on the front sight
32" sight radius
1 notch on the front sight = 5.3 MOA

If you're having a hard time getting an accurate measurement on one peak-to-peak measurement, measure 10....you'll cut your measurement error by 10 also.
