Dave,
Please post some pictures and tell me about your new LG 1000 yard stock. Any chances of getting it in fiberglass?

I have an 8.5 MB in my desk drawer that is looking for a new stock.

I wonder if it would still be functional it cut down to 3.0 inches?

Just got off the phone with Dave Tooley. He says the stock still works very well at 3", as the barrel is still off-set 1/2". He says it's a simple matter to take 1" off the left side,looking forward from breech). You'll have less torque resistance, but is should still work better than a conventional 3"-wide stock according to Dave. The stocks are ready to ship, uninletted, for $350.00, in laminated walnut.
