Has anyone heard from Dave Short recently? I’ve been trying to contact him for a couple of weeks with no success. Calls and text are going unanswered.

Yes I got my farley rest top back from him a few weeks ago. Keep trying he is busy

Just spoke to him, He had a few things going on that kept him super busy he will be back to normal business soon. Don't worry he is good to go!

If it has been years since parts were forwarded, I’d consider it a lost cause and move on. Only other option is a shop visit…

His had my rifle since 2017 when i bought it from another member on here that dropped it off to him.
At this point i want to recover the rifle + a new HS stock,bottom metal,new Broughton barrel,brake, 308 reamer .
ATF will my next contact as soon as the other member provides me with the serial #.

My experience is the BATF is useless in your situation.
