DATE CHANGE! Bridgeville, DE 600 Yard IBS Benchrest Match 09/08/2019

Shooters,

Due to a scheduling conflict, the September 600 yard IBS benchrest match at Bridgeville Rifle & Pistol Club has been moved up by one week. The shoot will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2019. None of the other scheduled matches have changed.

Registration begins at 8:00 am. We shoot Light and Heavy classes as well as a Factory class. IBS Shooter of the Year points are up for grabs at this match.

Please help us get the word out to folks that may not see this on the forums.

I am not a benchrest shooter but I am wondering of you use the hexta E targets for these benchrest matches or not?

Interesting, Thanks for the response.
I was thinking the High Quality Hexta E targets may be a good application for benchrest and would give very precise shot location and group size measurements. Possibly better than paper.

But as I said I don't shoot nor have ever seen a benchrest match as I am just a Service Rifle / Sling shooter.

I contacted the Bridgeville site and was told "There is no 600 yard mid-range match this weekend. The next one isn't until October". I am hoping to attend this match for the first time and have some questions.

Are you sure that they weren't talking about an F/Class match? The Benchrest match is still shown on the Bridgeville and the IBS site for tomorrow.
