What’s everyone running in their dasher as far as freebore for the long heavy bullets & is the 7 twist barrel a good way to go ?

If you are primarily going to run heavies I think the 8 tw would be a good choice.

I prefer the shorter throat.

I have always used 8 twist barrels for 105gr bullets, but I changed to a 7.5 twist for 108-109gr bullets.
6mm BRX reamer with .135" Freebore

This is a target from July 1st 600yd match this year. 108gr Hottenstein "Barnburner"

Hawk Hill 1:7.5" with .120" freebore here - presently shooting 105 hybrids very well.

I have used .104 through .155 freebore, both work good.
My current reamer is a .107FB and I like it a lot.

ok guys thanks a lot i currently have a 22. X 47 with bat action that I’m going to do a dasher or some type of BR variants thanks again
