Dasher S-type seating die help!

Im pretty sure I know something is wrong with this die, but correct me if I'm wrong here.

Brand new Redding 6 Dasher S die set. The seating die is grabbing the bullet and trying to pull the bullet on the way out. It does the same thing with 4 different types of bullet ( 105 hybrid, 105 VLD, 109 LR hybrid, 112 MB) and 3 different seating stems (factory and both short and long VLD stems.

The neck of the cartridge sleeve appears to be too small and bullets can not pass through without force. But what's confusing me is that all the seating stems fit in the sleeve like butter.

Several times the die has pulled the bullet out after seating, and I have to disassemble the die to retrieve the bullet stuck in the stem.

Seating force is completely normal.

This photo is a 112mb stuck so hard in the seating stem, I need to tools to get it out.

Also showing another 112MB and a 105 VLD that will not pass through the cartridge sleeve.

Sometimes you can polish the inside of the stem and stop it from hanging up. Just need to remove the sharp edge inside the stem.
i find it hard to believe i have a seating stem problem across 3 different seating stems that all behave the same way.

I Also have 3 other S die sets in other cartridges. None of which I've ever has a ounce of trouble with. Yes a incorrectly fit seating stem to bullet can leave a mark, but this die is doing the same thing with 3 different stems and 4 different bullets.

Yea U may have a defective die then.

I've tried to seat about 30-40 bullets, all of which the die and press make a loud clunk on the down stroke( the sound of the bullet being unjammed )and its leaving some not even wear marks on the outside of the cartridge sleeve, like maybe the cartridge sleeve is not centered in the die body, or maybe the reamer did not cut the sleeve straight on the inside and its forcing the body off center. Either way its a bummer. Ive never had a problem from redding, but any production facility is subject to non conforming products.

I'm gonna try another die body that I have here and see if they will interchange.

I gotta say it… almost every time I hear of a die problem, it’s a Redding. I have had two bad ones myself.

Any chance at all this die is screwed in a little too far and causing a bulge?

Lap the inside of the stem with a bullet. The clunk is that bullet shape getting stuck. Try a different bullet to see. As far as the necks, it sounds like the brass has thick necks or that sleeve is the wrong size
4 different types of bullets and 3 different stems?

I've tried just about everything I can think of.

Id chamfer case mouth and or back off neck tension. Sounds to me that there is allot of seating pressure.
No more than 60 on my guage or groups spread.
