Dasher Light Bullet Load

I have been shooting a 68-70 grain bullets in my Dasher with amazing accuracy with LT-32 powder, which is all used up.

I have H335 and VV N133 on hand, what would be good moderate load weights for these powders. Not looking for super speed, just accuracy. Thanks.

Are the 70 match kings very consistent? Do you ever do any measuring on them? BTO or Bearing?
I jump everything Sierra, so I measure base to tip, a little more or less doesn’t seem to matter. These loads are dumped from a Harrell’s. I use them for informal 100 meter matches. They work just fine.

Longtrain, I had a zero freebore Dasher reamer, and still have one barrel chambered with that reamer.

70g with H335 and Rem 7 1/2s are very, very accurate, but the hotter you shoot it, the more accurate it is. I shoot 70g TNT, Ballistic tips, and 68g BR bullets with accuracy in the 3650-3700 fps area, depending on your barrel length.

With a 6PPC I use LT-32 and one with V-133. The V-133 usually takes almost 2 grains more to get the speed I used with BR 66gr. bullets. With V-133 it is hard to get amount of powder I like into case. I would start at near max load for 6BR and gentley wprk up. Good luck

…but don't be surprised if you discover their max loads are kinda weak.
I would suspect that they are conservative, most reloading manuals are that way.

Alright, I am interested. Is anyone spinning these lights bullets out of a 1:7.5 barrel?
How is the accuracy?
Mine’s a 1:8, no problems at all. I guess a calculation of the rpm’s would be helpful to see if they may be on the edge to disintegrate. FWIW, long ago, I shot Service Rifle, 52 SMK’s out of a 1:7, they all made it to the target just fine, albeit the velocity was probably a bit lower.
