What is the benefit of doing this?

Fireforming or hydroforming blows the shoulder upward 0.080" and resets the shoulder angle from 30 degrees to 40 degrees. Both changes allow more powder when reloading. There are additional internal ballistic changes that help make the 6mm Dasher excell.
