Dasher forming question

Last year my blue box formed to 1.53-1.55'', know a guy that used 1.25''and put 10 shots in 3.9''@ 1,000 so who knows what the best OAL is ?

My fire formiload:

Size necks right out of box with a .263 bushing, CCI 450 primer, or Wolf, 107 Sierra loaded to hard jam over 30.5 grs Varget. I lost 3 cases in the last 500 I did. Every now and then, you get a little longer or shorter case, but 99% blew out to 1.538-1.540. I have a barrel chambered up with my reamer just for fire forming

My blue-box Lapau forms to 1.35-1.45. bsumoba, if I could ask, what is your fireforming load?

It is a modest 29-29.5gr Varget, and 105 VLDs jammed 30K into the lands. This is with a reamer with a freebore of 0.155". the first firing blows them out to 95% and the last 5% is done in the next 1-2 firings, which is when the sharp shoulder forms.

29.4gr of varget with a 105amax is where is at for me too. I'm using a BRX with a false shoulder and .015" jam. Shot a 1.39" 5 shot at 420 yards last month with that load too.
