I’m sure I’ve loaded over 10,000 of these Speer .32 cal HBWC for my Pardini .32. First time Ive seen bullets come out of the box looking like this. These are out of my last box of 1000 and I’m only half way into it. The tops look crushed. The box they came in looks fine along with the rest of the bullets in the box. Must be doing something different as far as quality control goes. I guess I’ll use these in a slingshot.

Looks like they experienced some rough handling somewhere between the factory and you. If you cast your own and have a .312 sizer, rum them through to straighten them out and use as practice ammo. Seating them in a well expanded/flared case as is might work also. Load them good end (the steering end) first and shoot 'em. As long as they chamber, the minor damage will be straightened out through the leade/forcing cone and barrel.
