DAKOTA 20 tactical brass anyone used this brass

Has anyone used the Dokota 20 Tactical brass. Lupua is making this brass for Dokata as I understand. Is it the usual Lupua Quality? www.grafs.com List it for 49.99 per 100 and they have it in stock.

Just curious if anyone who uses the 20 Tactical Lapua or Dakota brass can provide the following dimensions:

1. What the neck diameter is of the factory brass when loaded?

2. What is the overall length of brass cases out of the box?

I have a new 20 tack case that has a bullet seated into it for a dummy round.
The neck over the bullet measures .2308 and the length is 1.746.
