daily bulletin

BOSS Answer: PLEASE READ Carefully!!

After some effort I was able to reproduce this problem with an old version of Firefox on an older PC.

There was some flash code in the article published the day AFTER the 2/25 Henry's Hammer story. It appears that flash code was the cause of the problem. Possibly security software was blocking.

You should be able to see all the stories now. The latest is "SHOT SHOW 2017 Special..." published today, March 1, 2017.

Please refresh the page and clear your browser cache.

I suggest you also click on 2/27, 2/28, and March 1 just to make sure you see it all.

Please let me know if this works for you guys.

It may take a few minutes for the Bulletin cache to refresh on our end.

Please advise if you are still seeing a problem (after reloading the page)...

Thanks Boss, works now

Anyone else having this problem again? My bulletin is stuck on July 19 this time. I can use the calender to read newer stories, but whenever I open the bulletin, it is on the 19th.

I have cleared my cache and I am having this problem on Chrome and Edge.

Please tell me the last story you see.

What happens when you click on the bulletin title at the top of the bulletin page?

That should force reload.

Please let me know if problem exists with browser other than Safari.

I cannot reproduce the error with any of my Apple iOS devices using Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

I suggest you guys clear the cache on your browsers, also known as deleting temporary Internet files. You can also click on the semi circle arrow at the top of the page it should force browser to reload the page. But it's a good idea to clear the cache. just don't delete your passwords.[/QUO

I have the same problem with the current version of Opera. Stuck on the Dan Lilja article

I have the same problem with the current version of Opera. Stuck on the Dan Lilja article for almost a week now . . . .

This is a hard one to diagnose. I have checked, double-checked, and triple-checked the code in the Dan Lilja article and the subsequent article about Crosman Air Rifle championship. But sometimes there is literally a stray piece of code that doesn't appear. Is anybody still stuck on July 19. What happens when you click on the main code: http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com and then refresh the page?

We also have distributed servers which means that the files are being delivered by a battery of different machines at different places in the country. It's possible that there's a fault in the file being delivered by one server and not others.

Why not delete the file. It had been there for over a week.

OK,
I have "unpublished" the Crosman Air Gun story which was the first one AFTER the Dan Lilja story. Please refresh your bulletin home page: http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com and tell me what you see.

Please don't just click on a bookmark or the link at the top of the page. Please put the full URL in your browser:

http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com

and please try a couple browsers. As noted, before unpublishing the Crosman article I checked this on yet another computer, a laptop running Windows 10, and all the articles appeared.
