DAA Mr Bullet Feeder gen 2 for 140 gr Berger hybrid Help Needed

Can anyone help get the upside down bullets to flip? I have tried almost everything possible: Angle of hopper from 35ish to over 55ish degrees, Nose guide in, nose guide out, up, down, and same with flip ramp. . Thank you.

It's hard to see what's going on from the video, but I would make attempts to adjust the flip ramp. Maybe try temporarily modifying it with plastic or cardboard for a steeper angle?

Tilt angle of entire feeder looks too step and the ramp is not picking up the nose of the upside down bullets. I have 2 bullet feeders and they work great once set up. See my pic. This arm needs to swing lower so the bullet tip ends up riding up the ramp.

Here is a pic of mine. Notice how the ramp and the nose glide piece line up.
I went back to it again tonight. I tried a less steep angle- no joy. I tried to get my nose guide and flip ramp like your pic- no joy. I adjusted the nose guide as far out as possible that would still catch the bullet tip (photo below) and the closest I can get the flip ramp- It hits against the hopper, also seen in pic. Pretty frustrated...

Random thought. Are you using the correct sized bullet plate for 6.5mm bullets? Looks like a lot of slop side to side within each bullet slot.?.?

HOLY GOD- I think I got it to work (time will tell) but I got numerous bullets to flip correctly. Thanks for the Help David-- literally no thanks to the GM at DAA. Ended up kicking the flip ramp way out, after adjusting nose guide as far out as possible and still catch bullet nose.

Pic of set up below- maybe it can save someone from the days I spent beating my head against the wall of experimenting. I know someone else in shooting 6.5 berger hybrids and using a MBF.
