What's your thoughts on the below rest. URL: http://drgreenlawmachining.com/_b__style_rest

Looks nice, just wondering if anyone has tried it.

Dennis I have a similar one ( 2 years old) and do not have any complaints what so ever. I started with a 18lb. BR Caldwell Rock and found my scores to go up when I switched and for 1/3 of the cost of a Seb with out the 13 month wait or less than half the cost of a Farley you can be out shooting in about 6 weeks. Greenlaw builds these to last a life time so no worries on quality either.

It's between the B and the E models.

Which one do you feel is the best.

Does it hold it's position pretty tight?

Dennis

I have the " E ". As long as you remember to keep everything tight it doesn't move at all Simple 1/4 turn on the adjusting rod.
There is one guy that has a customized B and it is very nice but doesn't do any thing mine won't do except cost more.
I would have gone with the B but at the time he wasn't offering that model because he was making a few modifications to it and it wasn't ready for order.

I have one like it only with an adjustable windage top. Adjustable top lets you go from factory to custom fast and easy. High quality and Mr Greenlaw is a great guy to deal with and will try to make one that suits you.

I had one. It is an awesome rest built by one classy guy. I play a clay game and needed the quick movement of a joystick rest or I'd still be shooting it. Meaning each round I have 10 different POA and need to move through them quickly at times.

He will build you a true custom rest. I don't like a mariner wheel so we talked and he built me an awesome solid wheel to replace it. If I was going to have him build another I'd have him make the base heavier.

I also had the adjustable top...it's a great option and my guns tracked well in it.

Good luck.
