CZ 455 Timney

Who’s fiddled with this trigger? Can you get it below the 2 pound factory setting? I have the yodave kit in, breaking at about 14oz. Feels like a milspec AR trigger compared to my CZ 457 w/Timney set at 10oz. I mean I guess there’s no creep with the yodave but it’s feeling way heavier than the difference between the 10 oz vs the 14 oz on the timney.

Please advise.

People who’ve actually done it.

Thanks

Go to Youtube for directions and get some 2000 grit sandpaper after the trigger and sear.
It’d been a good minute since I put my pull guage on it. 1lb-4oz!!

Had some stuff left over from some pistol trigger work. Felt wheels for the dremel, polishing compound. So I tore it down quick, polished to a mirror shine on trigger/sear. Put it all back together. Still with all the yodave stuff.

A very consistent, functional, safe TEN oz. Exactly like my 457/timney.

Very pleased to say the least. 1 hour start to finish. A win. I’ll take it.
