CZ 455 bore guides

I recently purchased a CZ 455 after i sold off a 452 so i would have the option to switch out barrels and buy a Lilja should i choose to. Called Sinclair to order some stuff and get a bore guide for it and they are not sure if the bore guide they sell will work for the 455 actions due to not knowing if anything was changed on the new action for it not to work. They do not have a listing for the 455 action. Are you guys using the latter action bore guide for the new 455 action or something else?

Dan Killough at Killough Shooting Sports made the bore guide that I use for my 455. It works well

I dunno man. I have Possum Hollow 452 bore guide. I'd be glad to let you try it out, only I don't know where you are!

YoDave, the CZ trigger outfit, also sells a bore guide for the 455.

Thanks guys, i have a bore guide coming any day from Killough to try out. It is a little different than what i have used in the past as it does not go all the way to the chamber but will give it a try and see how it goes. I did notice a place from Rimfire Central that a fellow makes a boreguide for the 17 HMR and MACH2 ( being the same bore diameter ) from a tube made from an arrow. Did a little reading about it and seems people gave it a thumbs up. I like checking and trying out products so when i get 1 of those also i will post some pictures of both in and out of the rifle and let you know what i think.

I was digging through some stuff the other day and came across a bore guide from Sinclair that i had bought for a CZ 452 some years back and forgot i had it. I bought a new 1 from Killough not knowing i had this. So, anyone buying a new 455 rifle the bore guide from Sinclair for the 452 will work just fine.
