Cutting down brass?

I'm cutting the shoulder off of some brass to make a different case. Right now, I'm using a Proto #350 tubing cutter. Its a fairly large cutter, and is awkward to use. Any one have a suggestion for a smaller cutter that won't break the bank, and do a good job. Plus, it should have some tight tolerances, no wobble, or it will walk off the shoulder of the case. Thanks

I made my 300/221 brass with a Lyman case trimmer. The faster you can spin the cutter the better it cuts. Did 2000 of them in one day. I cut the casings long resized, then gave a final cutting.

I am handy so I made a sliding bracket for the holder where the cutter is stationary. I used a small electric motor with small pullies to "gear" the cutter to spin very fast.

Not overly expensive, and offers an extremely straight and accurate cut is a aluminum arrow cutoff saw ;)
