Cut a Ejection Port on Panda Action

Good day to all!

I purchased a New Panda Short Action RB LP .223 BF a few years back from a fellow shooter here. Since that time I have purchased a New Panda Bolt, RH RE .473" bolt face. I'm looking to see who could cut me a right Ejection Port on my Panda Action and what the cost may be.
