Customer Service in the World of Reloading.

On more than one occasion I've been outspoken about the great customer service I've received from RCBS. Today I've got to say that Redding is every bit as good when it comes to backing up their product.

I wrote to Redding complaining about problems I was having with one of their dies, specifically my 270WSM die was not long enough to decap a primer. THe gentleman at Redding explained that the die wasn't off, the decapping pin I was using was probably the wrong size, he was right. He told me he'd send out the proper decaping pin. Today in the mail I received a new decapping rod as well as a half dozen pins for my die, free of charge.

Redding service gets an A plus. It's great to have companies that stand behind their product 110%

BEN, Neither of those companies where mentioned. You sound like a fake news report or a Democrat politician. I have been treated well by both . Why would you raise a question that was not there. We don't need that in our sport, we have enough real issues from the outside to battle.

Thanks, unfortunately some people enjoy being a horses arse. I didn't know what the problem was so I simply went to the manufacturer.
