That’s all I use. Bart’s 68 Avenger and 80 Dominator.

Do they open up well on varmints? The 80gr Dominator in a 243 could be interesting.

I made my own 80's for years. Shot them in everything from a 6X44 (todays 6GT) to 243AI. Accurate and destructive.

@AA Ron Of course they open up. I wouldn’t use them if they didn’t.

@BULLET 05 I shoot what we call “predators” in Texas. Coyotes (mostly) with some of everything else mixed in. I hunt whitetail and mule deer with the 80 Dominator also, and I’ve killed a dozen or more deer with the 68.

Both of those bullets hit hard. The 68s generally do not (almost never) exit so I consider them the fur friendly option. The 80s are more destructive.

I use Bart’s 22 cal for varmints- of all sizes
My brothers use his 6mm bullets on varmints of all sizes…

It’s hard to beat an accurate bullet on anything, you desire to shoot, as shot placement could come into play-
