Alaskan Ti Stock with custom paint
Barrel has DuraCoat gloss black.


(FYI, DuraCoat is the toughest(durable) product I have ever worked with. I used Aluminum oxide on a cured receiver to strip the DuraCoat, it wouldn't touch the stuff. Needless to say the pink paint stayed)


I believe the weight as it sits is near 7lbs, shouldn't break 8lbs with a fixed Leupold 6x.

It's a 12" twist, probably just factory fodder. It's going to a farm where it'll live in a MULE UTV.

So it will be a rat/coyote rifle?? I know the 1-12 twist barrels are hit and miss getting the 40gr. boolits to shoot. Hopefully yours will like them.

Well it's thumb tack accurate, 100yds, 40gr Hornady Superformance. It's very accurate, to the point I didn't want to let it go to its new home.

You are gonna have some fun. I have a Shilen barreled 700 in 204 that is an absolute tack driver, especially with the 39 grain BKs with CFE223 or Benchmark.

Adam, that's one sweet build there bud, and it appears it shoots as good as she looks.

One thing though......brand of scope is good, but I question the use of only a 6X Leupy on a rifle that's good for over 500 yards. I had a Leupold 6X on a CZ 527 221FB and it was woefully inadequate for about all varmint hunting, lacking significant magnification and was quickly changed out to another Leupold, this one a VX2 4-12X with LR Duplex reticle.

Just a thought.....what is the intended purpose of that rifle? Maybe a 6X is enough for what you have planned? She's lookin' good in any event.
