ridgeway said:In order to make a custom sizer, you will need another reamer specially made to cut a FL sizing die chamber that matches your chamber reamer. The sizing reamer is going to be smaller in diameter to reduce brass to proper size.
Not sure the caliber, but like mentioned above, Harrells makes semi custom bushing dies for 6mmBR, PPC and Dasher. They measure fired cases and send you a die that will match pretty close.

Patch700 said:All is well until the chamber reamer does not duplicate what the print says. In a perfect world the finished chamber should be indicative of what the print was , unfortunately that isn't always the case.
It can and has been done , me I would prefer sending in cases after having been fired but sometimes that isn't an option.
