Custom Size Front Rest Bags?

Anyone know where to get custom size bags? I just got a new front rest which looks good. The bags were on back order. No problem, I thought. Come to find out the bags have been on back order for months. The bag size is 4.5 inches x 2 inches x 2 inches with a 3 inch opening. It is not a standard size that I have found so far.

Anyone know if I might be able to get a bag made to size?
