Custom Recoil Lugs

Who makes custom recoil lugs? I have a Tikka action and I want to add a recoil lug.
Barrel shank is 1.150" so I can't fit one from a remington. Any help is appreciated.
 
If you can't get one right away from Dave, you can always bore out a PTG lug for a Remington. I don't have one in my hand, but I thinks that there is plenty of meat in the ring to single point cut the bore in a 4 jaw chuck.
