Custom front sight for Rem 870

I have a Rem 870 with rifle sights and want to replace the front sight. I want something with a thick blade with a white bead or a dimple I can fill with white paint. The closest is a XS Sight Systems front but I don't want night sights. Would it be expensive to have someone mill one that I can slide into the dovetail on the ramp? I've looked around but not finding anything I like with exception of the Wilson shotgun front sight but only want to use the existing dovetail on the front.

I have a wilson built 870 and a nighthawk 870. Both have the night sight on the front and ghost ring with 2 night dots on the back. During the day they have white around em and look like a white dot. At night they give off a subtle glow not near as bright as pistol sights. After having these i wouldnt have anything else.

You could buy a factory front sight ramp with a dovetail like what would be on a slug barrel. If you have skills you can drill and tap the ramp or take and have it brazed on.
Than you could use a variety of slight blades from marbles or others.
