Crow at 201 yards 17 Ackley Hornet

17 Ackley Hornet. Shot was at 201 yards! Crow was sitting on fence post out in the corner of hayfield. I had good Hilly background for my shot. This little caliber is amazing for its size. I really enjoy taking it in the field.

Great shot! Had a 22 hornet and loved that little cartridge, woould love to own one like yours! My best shot on crow was with my 22-250 while hunting groundhogs a pair of crows it on ground at 297 yds. I exploded one and when I went to check out my handiwork, I found two dead crows! One in pieces and the other without a mark on it. I suspect either concussion or bullet/bone fragment!
