Eliseo makes really neat tubeguns. I had him build me one several years ago using a 700 in 300 WM. Factory barrel with about 30-40 rounds on it. Was sub-moa in the factory wood stock. After Eliseo built it, it shoots consistently in the 1/2-5/8ths" range at 100. It's really fun to shoot now.

Accuracy improvements may be due to the recoil ring. For me, the weight of the rifle helps too, I suspect. 1/4" groups at 100 yards (with scope) and 3" groups at 600 yards (prone, sling and iron sights).....made me smile!
