Polish it yourself is the easiest method. Aluminum polishes easy.

I did pay for mirror polished action, however, invoice states black rail.

Get a cheap bench grinder, then a buffer wheel. Practice on scrap.

Definitely practice on scrap if the rail is aluminum. Pretty easy to round off corners and soften sharp edges, and there are a few of those on a pic rail. It isn’t a difficult process though.
