Mom’s stock arrived yesterday. I have to say that photos don’t do it justice. The lighter areas look (to me) like they have depth; like you can see into the stock. It’s just wild. The barreled action is with a gunsmith, getting a spacer in the magazine for a 6x47 Lapua in a standard length Mauser.

Couple 2500x stocks for @Paul Beel the
Cherry Rotex was built by Zack Donovant of Old Dominion Custom Rifles. Copper Orange & Vintage Amber dyes were used followed with Rootbeer candy cut in half with yellow candythe McMillan edge was one of those projects I could do no wrong.

Does anyone know if a Rotex stock can be painted? I have a custom .22 being built on a 2500x action and Mueller barrel , Bix trigger. Great stock but plain brown or red and gray. Would like to change the color. Thanks in Advance
