Cost of lens in a scope

I always wondered what a set of lens for a scope cost and what the price difference between a medium quality set and high end quality set of lens was.

Anyone have any idea?

Look at the price difference between the entry level Zeiss, and upper level Zeiss. That will give you an idea.

I know there is a difference in the price between different quality scopes but that include the scope body and the lens. I was interested in the cost of a set of scope lenes.

You would have to contact the various scope manufacturers, and ask. I seriously doubt you'll get an answer. It's similar to asking your optician how much money they pay for the lenses they grind.
